Mr Miyagi on plateauing ;)

When I'm stuck in a plateau, I keep telling myself that even if I don't lose weight, my body is still glad that I'm working out. That I should do it anyway because it's good for my mind, it's good cardio. The body will react to it sooner or later.
And I recently watched Karate Kid (yeah I'm kinda nostalgic).
So I made this yesterday evening!
Enjoy!

thanks...this helps me keep things in prospective.......I'm within 3lbs of my personal goal. Although it sometimes seems like I won't get there...at the same time I know I will. Since I'm living the lifestyle and not dieting.....my body has no choice but to keep releasing the fat. However it's doing it how and when it wants to ....but it's doing it.0

I have been at about 6 months with the same 2-3 pounds coming and going. Keep the faith and measure yourself0 -

Yup, just broke a 6 week plateau. Very frustrating, but 'giving up'...was never an option. I just kept doing what I was doing--had to start moving again eventually and it did.
I don't know, I sometimes think that plateaus are our bodies saying "I'm just gonna take a little break, keep going, I'll catch up later..."0 -
I was really hoping for a wax on, wax off gif. lol0

Awesome! So good to hear. I just keep grinding out the diary and my little intro strength routine. This could be the week it breaks my way!0
