Off-day Exercise Slump

I work hard for 3-4 days a week, with Pilates 1x/week and HIIT/CrossFit 2-3x/week and I can't seem to get motivated to move on my off-days. I am exhausted thinking about something simple like jumping on the elliptical machine or going for a walk.
I am at the point where I need to keep moving, in addition to tracking food, etc., but I have NO motivation on my off-days. Has anyone else experienced this, and what can I do to get out of my off-day rut?
Thanks!!

If you are feeling exhausted and have no motivation then that is your body telling you that you need to rest. It's one thing if you just can't be bothered, or you're being lazy, or putting it off, but with the amount you are doing I'm not surprising your body is telling you not to do anything on your off days.
Go for a walk if you can, if you can't then it shouldn't really matter in the long run if you are doing everything else right.0
