Combating Stress!

I know cortisol levels aren't your friend when you're super stressing. It's a rough week/time right now and some days it's taking all I've got not to stress eat. Any suggestions on the best way to combat stress??

    Meditation and yoga are very good. Also spending time outside, swimming, or just any kind of exercise are good. There is also a book called "The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook", that helped me a lot. It goes over many different techniques so you can find one that works for you. Getting enough sleep is very important. Good luck!
