Okay, so this may have been asked before, but how would I calculate how many calories I've burned from a workout dvd? Sometimes I'll do Jeanette Jenkins bikini bootcamp and just about everyday I do the Black Girls Workout Too dvd (yes that is the real name and yes it's for everyone lol). One dvd says it'll burn up to 500 calories and I can't remember what the other one says, but is there a way to figure this out?

best way is to wear a heart rate monitor that also monitors the calories burned, but if your just looking for a generic ans try to google it.0

Heart Rate Monitor with a chest strap! It is the best $50 I have EVER spent and a critical weight loss tool. Machines and calculators just aren't an accurate burn for YOU! They take an average and don't always take weight and fitness level into account. I got my sportline one from Walmart for $50 over two year ago and just had to replace the battery last week. :-)0
