Soo i feel like i'm always asking for help! i should be doing this for myself.. by myself..

Now that my best friends wedding is over its time to make the time for me to lose my weight i gained.

I have a cute halloween costume i bought that doesnt fit me its time to shrink down!

Any healthy lunch/dinner ideas you can throw my way would be appreciated!

It doesn't really matter what type of food you eat as long as you burn off more calories than you take in. Consume 1000 calories less than you need per day to lose around 2lbs a week, or half that to lose 1lb a week. Healthy, low calorie foods tend to be the usual: vegetables, lean protein (fish, chicken), etc., but make sure you get enough healthy fat in your diet too.

the first thing i did was to cut 'carbs' out of dinner - so we only have meat and veg, or quorn and veg. lunches i spread out so i have a cup soup at about 12:30, when i get back to the office at 2pm ish i have an alpen light bar (70 calories and feels like you're having a chocolate bar!) after 4pm i have a bag of lighter type crisps like quavers or skips. dinner as soon as i'm home from work and i'm not hungry for the rest of the evening :)

i hope you find something that works for you and you get into that costume. i've dreamt of dressing as seven of nine for halloween... think it's a way off yet!!
