Wow, alot of newbies in the past few hrs , and it's not even New Years. Well, i've been trying to lose a few , more like 30-40, currently almost 230 and want to get back to 180-190 area, maybe even lower.

When my wife was pregnant I craved more than her lol, she lost the weight after delivery, he'll soon be 15, unfortunately I didnt' lose any after delivery lol..Stopped smoking 9 years ago after 24 years of puffing away, and that didnt' help matters.

Alright , enough excuses, installed the iphone app and going to hit the gym..
