First NSV.... small but self motivating.

So, I don't know about anyone else, but for a long time now I have really avoided mirrors, especially full length ones. I dont have any full length mirrors in my house and barely look in the one in my bathroom that is chest and up. I went with my sister in law to try on wedding dresses and I kept staring in the full length mirror until I finally asked if they were trick mirrors so the brides felt skinnier.... they arent
I just looked better than I'm used to seeing myself. I couldnt stop looking and noticing how much my body has changed for the better. It was weird and exciting all at the time.

That is a huge NSV. I bet you were thrilled imagining how great you will look at the wedding. Liking what you see is a big challenge for many of us. Even after the weight has been lost we sometimes struggle to see the reality of how we look. I am so happy for you!!0
