crossfitting binge eater looking for friends :)

Subject says it all. I'm trying to overcome my binge eating disorder. I've been doing crossfit for over two years and it's helped my sanity and health a great deal. I was dxed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2009 and was very overweight and finally got my *kitten* in gear. I've lost about 35 pounds since 09 but still struggle with binge eating. Could really use some support. :)

    I have pretty epic cheat days where I just eat and drink whatever... I'm trying to be better about it while being realistic about the life style changes I can and want to make! Feel free to add me if you like. I find when I'm about to go on a late night binge, logging everything in MyFitnessPal and reviewing how well I've done for that day really helps me. Mint tea with a little honey helps me curb sugar cravings and if all else fails, I brush my teeth and get in bed.
