I generally don't crave sweets such as cookies, cakes, cupcake, etc. but I do crave those sweet/sour hard candies like Sweettarts, Spree and Gobstoppers. Of course these are nothing but sugar but these cravings hit hard and I can't move on without having it. Is there anyone else who this type of craving and with what did you replace it?

I have read some articles that say super strong cravings will usually pass in 20 minutes. I cut out refined sugar a while ago ( but I do have icecream or cake every so often), and would have some pretty strong cravings prior to making that change. I found a glass of ice water would take my mind in a different direction!! HTH!

I hope to dear gawd you meant to type "sweet", lol.

Just have some. There's nothing inherently wrong or evil with sugar, as long as it fits in your calorie goals, and doesn't blow your macros all to hell every single day. Go ahead and enjoy your candy.

    sweat and sour lol

Sounds like a Japanese sports drink. I know for a fact ten years ago there was something in all the vending machines there called "Pokari sweat."

I'm just going to float a theory here, haven't tried it: One lime segment plus one orange segment. Chew and enjoy.

I'll usually just eat the darn candy.

But if you really want to refrain from the sugary goodness....you could eat some tart
fruits such as cherries or green grapes.

They still have pocari sweat and my dad drinks it after his runs!
