I have read on MFP that weights are a great way to build muscle and burn calories - you may not be ready for a lot of walking / cardio but maybe doing some gym work can help? As your weight comes down your weight loss might slow down a bit, but keep at it :-) If you can, check out Ed Davenport's story in the success section - he is one amazing man, he was bigger than you to start with, and also has lost a lot of weight.
