Im trying to add the Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred to my exercise but it isn't recognised in the system, whats the best way to add this?:smooched:

I used to add it as circuit training0

I wore a heart monitor and logged as cardio.0

i'm on the second day of level 1 and i used a HRM as well. it told me i burned 181 calories yesterday and then 171 today. i was slower today since my body is definitely sore from day 1 lol. if you don't have a HRM, i checked to see what MFP would tell me i burned if i logged it as circuit training and it was very close (just a little more generous of course) so i would definitely log it as that! good luck on the shred0
