30 Day Shred

Hi guys
Im trying to add the Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred to my exercise but it isn't recognised in the system, whats the best way to add this?:smooched:

    I used to add it as circuit training

    I wore a heart monitor and logged as cardio.

    i'm on the second day of level 1 and i used a HRM as well. it told me i burned 181 calories yesterday and then 171 today. i was slower today since my body is definitely sore from day 1 lol. if you don't have a HRM, i checked to see what MFP would tell me i burned if i logged it as circuit training and it was very close (just a little more generous of course) so i would definitely log it as that! good luck on the shred :)
