how many eggs should i put in my omelette?
should i use the egg yolk?

    Its down to personal preference.

    I usually use 2 or 3, both parts, unless I have extra whites from something else, in which case I use one full egg, the rest whites.

    Do what you like based on your macros and personal taste

    I am using whole eggs and usually 3 eggs in the omellete.

    i usually use two and yes i use the yolk.

    I usually add vegetables, onion, scallion, etc and sometimes cheese (yellow and/or low fat feta).

    3 whole eggs, cheese, ham, tomato and mushroom provides a nice filling meal

    3 whole eggs, some peas, maybe a chopped pepper, spring onions, some feta or a little goats cheese, maybe a small handfull (25g) walnuts - loads of possibilities!

    Definitely use the yolk - eggs are not really high in calories and the yolk contains many beneficial substances including "good" fat.
