Low GL Diet ??????? Buddies Needed

There must be somebody out there following or trying to follow a low GL diet?? If you are out there, can you please, please, please contact me. I am really interested in following this but would love a bit of feed back, correspondence, support, advice, anything. I first got interested in it when reading Patrick Holfords books and really want to give it a go.
