Does anyone have any low calorie smoothie recipes. I like the strawberry banana one's from McDonalds but they are just too high in calorie.

Lately I've been making this ~ 200 calorie smoothie:
2 cups Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk, Vanilla
1 medium sized banana, frozen (usually throw bananas that are beyond ripe in the freezer for this purpose)
1 cup Costco frozen mixed berries
Hit the spot for me on a hot, humid day like today.0 -
A cup of frozen fruit, a banana, vanilla protein powder, and water or milk. Add some yogurt if you want, or cinnamon if you're feeling fancy.0

Apple-blackberry smoothie:
140 g diced apple (with or without skin)
70 g blackberries (or your favourite berry; blueberries and raspberries work too)
10 g parsley - optional, but boosts the iron content
.5 tsp pureed ginger
If using parsley or other greens, add first along with a splash of water and puree until smooth. Then add the rest and some more water (depending on how thick you like it) and puree.

frozen fruit and water makes good smoothies. Also, I have a nutribullet blender, so I make smoothies with fruit & vegetables.0
