Calories too low?

I just recently came back to myfitnesspal. I'm 5'8 and weight 188 right now, i've lost 41lbs so far. This site has my calories set at 1490 a day, and that's set for losing 1 lb a week. I've also looked up my BMR and it's 1623, another website has my calories set at 1810. Why does this website have my calories set for such a low amount?!

I think they expect you to exercise and eat those calories back. You can set it manually 1800 sounds a lot better to me.0

Yes you're supposed to exercise with MFP and eat the calories back. Or calculate your tdee-20% and use that every day, without worrying about exercise calories. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/0
