I've recently lost about 29lbs in the time span of about 5 months & I just want to lose 6 tiny more pounds! & I have a feeling these last 6 will be the hardest to lose & keep off! I hate GMO's & love organically grown foods, but I can't really afford them. :( Coffee, candy, veggies & fruit make up most of my diet. I'd like to change that & be a bit more healthy! I know I'm tiny compared to a lot of people on here, don't judge me please. What I really want is to get toned!

    Hi, I'm like you have lost 21 lbs slowly over last year, but that last 7 are hard to move, have tried weightwatchers, eating more, eating less, more cardio work blah blah blah. Lol. But weight is not moving, am trying to think being more healthy is way to be, so have joined this site to keep track of calories and exercise. Good luck :)
