I intermittent fast 5-7 days per week. I lift heavy (every other day) and run (often, sometimes 5-7 days/week). Sometimes I will do alternate cardio cross training, but not often. Intermittent fasting is literally the only thing that keeps me on track. If I eat early in the day I will go over my calories, guaranteed.

I do it and I love it. I also lift heavy. I do leangains 16:8 meaning I fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours everyday.

depends on how long you stay on IF...you will eventually start to lose strength but you will be ripped.

if im not mistaken its 48 hours before the body starts losing muscle, i never do more than 24 hours at a time while lifting.

@highervibes yes, eat at noon, then dont eat again until noon the next day. or whatever hours work best for u.

I do IF but I use something called the renegade diet. It`s based around using IF to gain lean muscle and it works for me. Have a look: choppysreviews.com/the-renegade-diet/
