Had to share this, made it for dinner last night and it was AMAZING!!!! Tastes just like a full fat version. I paired it with instant mashed potatoes and green beans. Whole meal was 325 calories :-)

4 boneless pork loin chops
Salt
Pepper
1 small onion sliced and separated into rings
1 tbs canola oil
1/4 c reduced sodium chicken broth
1 envelope pork gravy mix
1/8 tsp garlic powder
3/4 c water

Directions:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. In large skillet cook chops and onion in oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Drain oil

Add broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes per side until cooked (160 degrees)

In a small bowl, whisk gravy mix, garlic powder and water. Pour over pork. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally.
Eat!

I added dried cilantro to pork chops and in gravy for added flavor.

Hope you enjoy!

Sounds good.I prefer bone in chops, but looks like it would work with either cut of meat.

We're having pork chops tonight and I wasn't sure exactly what to do with them yet, I'm going to try this for sure :)

Sounds good. But, I am concerned about the sodium in the pork gravy mix?

Total sodium for one pork chop and 3tbs of gravy is 528
