For weighing yourself? I have a Weight Watchers digital scale that I bought many moons ago and it works well. I’ve seen it on Amazon for $28.
For weighing food? I bought a digital scale at Bed, Bath and Beyond I think for under $20.0 -
I'll be stalking this thread as i want a new scale also, bathroom scale that is. I want to get one of those precision ones that let's you know if you've lost like 0.4lbs because the one I have at the moment rounds up or down to the nearest pound so will show no weightloss. I think seeing the ounces lost would encourage me that something is shifting if that makes any sense:ohwell:0

When I was looking wanted a Wt watchers one, but you can get similar digital scales with fat and water calculations at walmart cheaper... $28 on line isn't bad though when I looked at a Weight watchers one through a group it was 40-450

I would surely say to go for a digital one 'cos I had a regular scale with the needle..but it always couldn't balance off the grams!!0

i'd like a scale too, i go to the grocery store across from my work to weigh myself and i dont know if it's accurate...0

I would look at digital scales that estimate body fat percentages and possible water weight. I don't think you should buy the best scale you can afford. I looked up scales similar to the Tanita scale I bought years ago and they seem to start in the $50 range, although some are much higher.0

Do you measure yourself? Tape measures can be wonderfully motivating when you're on a plateau. Sometimes the weight stays the same (grrr) ..... but the inches go down.
Weight can fluctuate so much (sodium... retain water, muscle soreness ..... retain water .....monthly cycle... retain water).0 -
I'd like one that tracks weight loss0

Whoops, there was a major typo in my comment above. I intended to say "I don't think you should skimp on the purchase of a scale, buy the best you can afford."
I would look at scales that provide estimates of body fat and water weight because you will get a much more comprehensive picture of your body composition.0
