Hello,

Ive been falling off the wagon lately. I need some serious motivation. I am a gym rat but when it comes to food that is my enemy. So any motivation is helpful. I will give give back :) We can do this.

    I am the exact same way!! I go to the gym seven days a week for at least two hours or so, but I am awful when it comes to food choices, especially after my trips to the gym, and I would love to give support and receive support from you!!! I am always looking for more support, so anyone can feel free to add me!!

    Eat clean for 6 days and have a free day once a week. Thats how I first started. Baby steps is the key

    Hi I just started doing this yesterday and I lost 2 pounds. I know its water weight but that was a big smile on my face to keep pushing. I think this is the way to go.
