    Below is my before and current photo. I was able to drop 73 lbs through Power 90 and P90X. Right now I'm on a program called Body Beast to gain mass. I have about 2 more weeks left on the program and I've gained about 6lbs total. Now I'm on the cutting phase and hope to rip back up!

    kiannlouise - Thanks! I love this lifestyle. My goal was to become a man for my family. That's what gave me drive to do keep doing this.

    I just completed a mass building program called, "Body Beast". It was rough trying to build mass. But I'm ready to jump into P90X/Insanity hybrid and get RIPPED! Keep up with this lifestyle folks. It's an awesome gift.
