Today is my first day on this website. I have so many questions about losing weight. I weigh 190lbs right now and my goal is 130lbs. Will I have lots of flabby skin and visible stretch marks after I lose 60lbs?????

Your skin will slowly reshape itself. If you lose weight quickly you will have some flabby skin for awhile and it may not totally go away. If you're gonna lose about 60lbs I would guess most of your skin will be fine eventually, and what ever is left can easily be taken care of. Good luck of your journey.0

I have lost 60lb and i have flabby skin now. But better that than a fat bum and being unhealthy...0

Are you making sure to keep you skin moisturized? Especially if you're losing weight, it's best to use body lotion twice a day.0

Keep trouble areas moisturized! And weights can help0

if you smoke you are move likely too!
but at your age and that weight probally not , but do use weights ad tone up as you go along you will be fine... :bigsmile:0 -
Again, rather have the flabby skin, everything that goes on to your skin is absorbed into your body, have you read the list of ingredients in moisturiser? Some seriously scary stuff!!

At 20 yrs old I do not believe you will need to worry too much. 60 lbs is a lot, but if you loose it slow and steady like 1.5 to 2 lbs per week on average, it should be just fine.
I am a bag of skin, but I have lost over 200 lbs in total, and I am considerably older. The longer one is overweight the harder to have the skin return to normal and especially with those of us that have lost a ton of weight.
You can also start lifting some light weights to help, I wish I had done this sooner but it was not always possible as I travelled 85% of the time and did not have access to gyms most of the time.
Good luck, you can do it!!!0 -
Girl, don't worry about that. Focus on how sexy you'll feel. BTW - skin firming lotion. best thing ever0
