Are they worth the hype? And if so, which flavor is the best?

Apple pie is my favorite, however I don't think they are all THAT great. IMO they are too salty tasting. They are great when you are in a pinch and need something high in protein and low sugar. Word of warning...they are VERY high in fiber!

Oh, and they are much better than Clif bars from a nutritional standpoint.

I love Quest. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is definitely the best, in my opinion. Followed by Banana Nut Muffin and Apple Pie. Put them in the microwave for a few seconds, and omnomnommmmm.

Vanilla Almond Crunch is my favorite (kind of tastes like Bit O' Honey), followed by Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, then Cinnamon Roll. I love them, but my family doesn't care for the texture. I finally got my dad to eat the Oh Yeah protein bars (chocolate, peanuts, etc, similar to a Baby Ruth), and my mom likes the Oh Yeah Butter Toffee bars.
