Hello Everyone!
I just wanted to introduce myself and get to know some of you on here. I am currently about 190 pounds and want to get down to around 140, so a total weight loss of 50 pounds. I started exercisizing in March, but have not lost a pound. I am pretty sure that it is because of my diet, so time to change that! I hit the gym 3 - 4 times a week for 45 - 60 minutes and hope to keep that up and increase my intensity. My husband and I are currently dealing with some fertility issues and I am hoping that losing some of the weight will help!
