not loosing weight

Good morning,

I am following myfitnesspal calories calculation everyday without any excess at the contrary I can't reach the total of calories advised. And I am still not loosing weight .
Any advise please

    Are you weighing the food you log or carefully measuring? It doesn't take much to overestimate how much you are eating.

    in order to receive some assistance with your goals please provide

    age
    height
    current weight
    goal weight
    weight loss goal per week
    your recommended net calories as set up by MFP
    how many calories you are netting everyday
    how many times per week you work out and duration
    is your job sedentary or light active

    Take one step ahead through healthy diet and reduce more callories then you will get your aim easily. You can eat low carb foods and fat loss easily

    well i think if you really wants to loose your weight than you should do litle bit of yoga or exercise on daily basis
    because what ever you do combination of these two things may helps you to loose your weight.......
    plus i would recommend you to consult a physical trainer because what ever we say is not better than a physical trainer
