Hi everyone… I'm coming back… Again!
I need friends and moral support, and motivation..... Help me help myself

I haven't logged in here in a long time, and I do a lot better when I logged in on this website every single day. So I'm committing to coming back, logging my food daily, exercising daily, Drinking water daily, and checking in with you guys.

    I just started also. I plan to learn to eat better, exercise and save money. I've being eating out a whole lot. Now I've curtailed all that. I turn on Pandora radio on my roku and do low impact aerobics and weight training for about 30 minutes three times a week. I'm hoping to lose 25 lbs by December! Let's Do this!

    Please add me. I'm always looking for support buddies. What I really need is a group of buddies who will check-in every day and watch our food diaries. If I knew someone was checking my food diary I would make better choices.

    Feel free to add me. I started this about 5 months ago. Lost some then stopped. Quit losing then started back. Now i am only 15 pounds from goal. We can all do this together.
