Hey,

Thanks in advance cause I won't be able to reply until I complete work at 5pm tonight and its only 7:35:27 AM. But anyway's, I really would like to know cheap, nice but bulk meal recipes that I can freeze/portion? I live alone, don't have a lot of money and finding it hard to track cause I never know what to eat then binge on the "tasty junk".

Please help me!

A ton of chicken crock pot dishes out there. 2 of my favs are...
    3 lbs chicken breast
1 jar Great Value Black Bean and White Corn Salsa
    1 jar pickled jalapenos

    and...

    3 lbs Chicken breast
    2 yellow onions
    16 oz sliced mushrooms
    1 can chicken broth

Both just chunk all in a crock pot and cook for about 6 hours on low. I eat both over a serving of brown rice.

My favourite bulk meal recipe is chili

The recipe I use is a variant of this one

    http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3228/chilli-con-carne

But I use about 3 cans of beans (kidney, black bean and pinto bean. The latter 2 can be hard to find, but you can find them in waitrose for 99p a can) and waaay more spices (about 5 times as much cumin and triple the paprika and I add cayenne pepper)

It makes about 5 generous servings and is pretty cheap as long as you already have the staples at home.
