Chalean Extreme starting 9/6/10

I will be beginning Chalean Extreme on Monday...working on getting my beginning stats and fitness test complete this week. If anyone would like to join me I sure could us the accountability :) I've tried this program one other time but didn't even make it out of the first week. Lets get EXTREME :)

    Hey Amber! Just wanted you to know that there is a thread going called ChaLEAN Extreme started by Zeldacat under the Fitness/Exercise forums and you are SURE welcome to join us! I am on my last week of Lean and WILL be starting the program all over adding in Insanity for the cardio days!! Come join us, we'd love to have ya!!!!

    Chalean Extreme is a program offered by Beachbody. you can google it and read more about it.
