New-ish to MFP.

Hey ya'll

My first post on here... Didn't even know there was a site to MFP. I started using the app back in Jan. Got off track busy with work and whatnot. Recently laid off, and thought there was no better time than now to hop back on!

I am looking for strong motivational and esteem support.

Dec 31st I started at 305lbs.
July 5th I weighed in at 292.8lbs.
It’s not much, but it’s a start. Gotta start somewhere right? See, I’m just making excuses for myself, because I know it’s crap. Anybody want to go in this together?
My “small goal” weight is 280.
My “medium goal” is 200.
My “large goal” is 150.

Please be "nice"...This is not easy for me to come out in the open...

    Hi and welcome! I've been on here for a while, and I can totally relate, I lost my job back in Feb and focusing on having a sound body and sound mind has become super important, this place is full of lovely people and support - everyone feel free to add!

    Im new too--good luck with your weight loss---my start weight is 183 and goal is 160--I just got
    my gall bladder removed because I ate so bad (i have a terrible sweet tooth) and should know better
    because Im a nurse lol!--anyway I tried this app for the first time yesterday and suprised how easy it is to use--
