I just joined and am excited about this site. I am hoping to find some friends for encouragement along the way.

    Welcome! This site changed my whole life around! The biggest thing is commit to logging every day! The good days are easy, but everyone falls off the wagon from time to time and the most important thing is to still log in when you do!

    HI!! I'm a newbie too! So far I love this site! I had Lap Band surgery on 7/28/10 and I have to keep track of what i'm eating to give to my surgeon! This site makes it so much easier!! I can just enter & print!! :) Good luck in your journey and keep in touch!
