1/2 Marathon Suggestions in NC

I'm looking for a good 1/2 Marathon for a beginner to run. I've ran several 5Ks and completed my first 10 miler this spring. I'd like to do a 1/2 in the fall. Any suggestions for those in North Carolina, meaning good and flat
