how much fiber do you get?

Trying to track my fiber, and never getting any where near the pre set goal, wondering if the preset is totally off base, or this is something to really try and meet.

What are really fiber rich foods, I already eat salads/ or veggies as the main part for most of my meals, and snack on fruits, or nuts throughout the day.

    Hi, if you do snack already on fruits, nuts, veg and eat salads. You shouldn't have a problem with reaching your fibre goal. I usually eat around 20g minimum and 60g max. I usually have two to three portions of either grains, wholefood rice or pasta.
    However, I eat mostly Vegan/Vegetarian due to some health issues and need a high fibre intake anyway.

    ok, thanks, i rechecked. and i was totally misreading my report. I am making and usually passing my fiber goal.

    I just ate a mission low carb wrap. 6 net carbs, 26 or so grams of fiber.
