What can I eat thats high in calories and low in fat?

    Refined sugar.

    Why are you banning fat? We need it to absorb vitamins, regulate hormones and blood pressure, it's extremely vital to everyday life.

    There is nothing wrong with dietary fat and, in fact, we need it. The low fat craze is long gone and the claims about low fat diets discredited. Move along.

    Dietary fat =/= body fat, so eat away. Keep in mind there are only 3 macro's to get calories from, carbs, fats and protein (well technically alcohol too, lol). If you want calories with no fat, just drink lots of soda.

    Chicken Breasts are a particularly low fat high protein food, you can also resort to a less fatty cut of beef as well as it is high protein and low fat (such as marinating steak which has almost all visible fat skimmed off but still has some fat)
