    Nice work you have done great. I was wondering did you use myfitnesspal your entire journey. I did and I always give credit where credit is due for me all I have done to lose what I have lost was 90% due to MFP yet you give it nothing in your write up on a nation wide platform in your company for a free app that can help such a large community as your workplace. Just sayin lol ....Grest job this really works

    I noticed that in the first pictures, you were looking down as if you were not really wanting to be noticed. But in the final pictures you can see your confidence shining through!
