newbie :)

I joined MFP yesterday and I wanted to introduce myself. I'm 29 years old, looking to lose 57lbs by next year. I am currently working out with a personal trainer but I feel I need more support and motivation outside of the gym from people who are going through the same struggles as I am. My trainer said I should check out MFP and I'm glad I did because I feel more motivated and inspired by some of the posts I read here!

    Welcome to MFP! One thing I would suggest adding some people as friends, I find it really helps me to see other people post on my news feed and feel inspired! There's a ton of really positive and supportive people on here and I always like getting comments on my posts and everytime I lose weight or log in for x amount of days!
