I truly began my journey to a better way of living in January of 2013. I have slowly lost 29 pounds and I am having a great time with my new attitude

I have a new bike that I am riding and I can't wait to see what I might do next. LOL Being 50 is just the beginning of my journey to a better and happier me. P.S. My family likes me happy. :bigsmile:

BTW Awesome job! on the weight loss!!

OH and in order to post pictures put {img} and {/img} around the URL (http part)

Instead of using {} use brackets [ ]
