39 year old mom of two doing bar method DVDs

Hi all! I'm a 39 year old mom of two kids 2 and under. I'm looking to tone up, get more energy and feel strong by doing bar method dvds! Im not overweight but i feel untoned, flabby, celly and feel like im getting that flat, droopy old lady butt! Ugh! Anyone else Feel the same way? i started doing the bar method 2 weeks ago and have done it 5x a week. I'm feeling stronger and tighter already. Anyone else out there doing the DVDs? I wish there was a studio in my area. Does anyone else out there want to motivate each other ?

    Hi! I'm actually not doing the DVD's but I'm taking the classes at the local studio. So far, I really like it, and am starting to see some changes. It's amazing how it works your whole body and not much equipment required! I've actually taken classes through two different companies who use a similar technique, but I've found that the bar method is really better than the other class.
