Is this enough!?? HELP!

Just wondering how much I need to be doing Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I was thinking of just doing it every other day (3 days per week) and of course eating the right number of calories 1300-1400 per day. Will I see results still?? Should I be doing it for 5 days?? I would appreciate any advice!!

    You need to be doing a variety of exercise. JMFBM 3 days a week is fine but you need at least 2 days of strength training and other cardio on strength trainind days and the other day and then take one day off. When you do the same exercise all the time the body becomes used to it and becomes efficient at using fewer and fewer calories to do it.

    Yes, you'll see results. I personally would do it 4-5 times a week, though.

    Thanks!! I think I will be doing 4 days a week and then maybe go for walks on the other day and rest one day!
