Hi I've been here before with no success, I gave up and in the process gained 30 more lbs. This time I have got to do it I can't give up no matter what .... Just hoping I might can get a couple of weight loss buddies because I heard that if you have someone with you, you stand a better chance at succeeding. :)

    I tried this before, had some success then gained all the weight back once I stopped using it. I just recently created a new profile and it would be great to have more friends! Sending you a friend request!
