I'm in week 7 and love it! The "new to class" option is a major help the first few times you do a class. Chalene explains the moves in the regular class to but it takes some work to get the coordination down. She's also very motivating and encouraging at te toughest parts of each class. When I first started after being mostly inactive the past 2 years, I had difficulty keeping up, got out of breath easily but was burning 400 calories per 30 minutes. Now that my endurance has increased - HIIT is a great endurance builder - I'mburning less each class but still get a killer workout and xan focus more on pushing mmyself harder, doing the moves better, etc. I'm consistently dropping 6" a wek between all my measurements and noticed a difference in how my clothes fit the first week. Most people have decent weight loss results when eating at a calorie deficit but my weight loss is slow due to health issues so I haven't lost as much. I did drop 2 shirt sizes and a jeans size so far. If you can participate in your teabeachbody coach's challenge groups, do it! They're motivating and help with accountability. I hope you enjoy TF! Message me if you need help or have any questions.

I'm on week 3 and love it! Definitely do the new to class option until you feel more comfortable! There is also a girl that does low impact moves, so I've been doing some of the moves until I can build up more to do the full moves!

I had a hard time following the moves and am now doing the Fire Starter Class that came with my Starter Set and I Love it! Still burn a ton of Calories and she really breaks it down. I would Highly suggest the Starter Class. This is the most fun workout I have ever done.
