Granny loves to lift ! Progress pics !

I received such wonderful comments that I was spurred on to try harder. I am really loving what lifting doing for my arms and hoping my waist will firm up also.
Here are a couple of pics taken today . I am trying to do the 5 x 5 stronglifts and have 30 mins with a trainer each week to help me with my form and he pushes me !!
So far the most I can lift is the 20 kg bar . I dont do the squat with the bar on my shoulders because of an old neck injury so I do squats with an 8 kg weight in each hand
If you didn't see the original thread I am 62 [ almost 63 ] currently weigh 116.5 lbs and trying to get to 112 with lower body fat but not too low. I
I have lost approximately 14 lb since early March 2013
I do Zumba 3 or 4 times a week and lift for 20 to 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week at present
I will try to post the pics now
I cant seem to get the pic above to the right size to show both arms .... can someone help ?? Yay did it !
