    Pizzette. Deep fried pizza dough filled with warm gooey ricotta, mozzarella and ham. It'll make you think there is no other food on the face of the earth.

    That's the idea. Small-ish stretched out dough. Add some parmesan to the filling and close it. Add a little fresh ground pepper to the filling for some kick, and some fresh chopped italian parsley for freshness. If you run out of filling but still have some dough left you can fry the dough flat and ladle on a little tomato sauce with garlic and fresh basil, and sprinkle a little parm on for good measure.

    Chicken Bombs.....

    Cream cheese and cheddar in a jalapeno, in a chicken breast, wrapped in bacon, and basted in BBQ sauce.... OMG deliciousness!
