MFP has set my calorie goal at 1,200 but sometimes im under it. Not always by a lot, but it is under. Is that okay, or should i be finding small things to eat to fill in the rest of those calories?

You need to eat more.
MFP has a deficit included in their weight loss methodology. If you're given 1200 calories and you burn 350 calories, you need to eat 1550 calories. That's just a rough example. HOWEVER, MFP tends to overestimate the calorie burns. I would cut their numbers in half and eat closer to that.
OR you can just go here and not worry over how many exercise calories you earn each day. Less complicated: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912920-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-20130 -
Thankyou! That helped a lot. My biggest problem with losing weight is actually from not eating enough, but its because im never hungry! lol The information on that page really helped though!0
