So I am just getting back to trying to lose weight and be healthy again. It has been a while! Three summers ago I did great and lost over 35 pounds... college plays a big role, and unfortunately I have gained it all back! I am ready to lose at least 20 pounds! I need some serious support! It is always hard for me to get back into a good routine! Any advice for me?

Be painfully, brutally honest with yourself when logging your foods, and don't just think calories, think food quality!! You can do it! :happy:0

Log even when you have a bad day. Seeing that total helps avoid the next time!0
