    That's so inspiring! I've lost 80 lbs, most prior to discovering Myfitnesspal, but I find tracking my food and exercise to be extremely helpful! I have 30 lbs to go to reach my second goal, and after that, who knows? Thank you for sharing your story and your success. I find it motivational indeed!!

    I just want to thank all of you for your kind comments! They are pushing me to work as hard as this body will let me push. Any journey worth traveling is worth all of the bumps along the way. We all just need to keep pushing on together to get to our ultimate goals, whether they be weight loss or just better health. We can do this!!!
