What does the carbs,fat,protein,sodium and sugar

What does all those things mean? Are they suppose to be all bad things or some good things ?

    These are all things you can track should you choose to - I follow a low carb/high protien/high fat eating plan so I have my percentages set (macros) to reflect the percentage of my calories to measure the amounts I want to achieve.

    I don't count calories - I mostly only look at my carbs - everyone is different but this is what's working for me - down 35 lbs in 7 months and several clothing sizes!
