Lift Heavy - any amount that's not considered Barbie weights 5lbs etc.

The rest have been covered. Lifting heavy is not a specific amount, but varies by person. As a broad rule, heavy lifting is 3 sets of 10 reps. If you cannot get the last few reps of the last set, or only just get it up, then you are considered to be lifting heavy. As you get stronger, the amount you need to lift will increase. If It Fits Your Macros - ie, you can have cake/icecream etc if it fits into the amount of carbs/fat/protein you have for the day.0 -

I find myself having to do this, and yes it works just fine, usually the first thing to pop up is Urban Dictionary.

Lifting heavy is different for everyone. I see some ppl with my warm up as a working set, some with my working heavy set as a light day for them.0
