need some help

I'm doing this the last 4 weeks and have lost 5 pounds but I lost 4 and half in the first two weeks, half last week and nothing this week. I know slow is better and I don't have a massive amount to lose. I'm hoping for another 11-15 pounds. I'm set at 1200 cals a day and eat this and most days I eat my exercise calories too. I think I'm eating really well. I do have a treat of small bit of chocolate in the evenings but still within my calorie range. I've cut out fizzy drinks, takeaways, crisps, bread but am eating wraps

I am only able to walk for exercise at the moment. I'm just 6 weeks over surgery.

Anyone any advice?

also, if you only have another stone to lose, you should probably be eating more than 1200 cals.

you should have mfp set to lose 0.5lbs per week, 1lb at most.

I think you are doing great. I kind of agree with maybe the calories are too low. I know its hard to make sense of eat more and lose more but that is the way it is sometimes. Here for you honey.

totally agree with what everyone is saying. I think your calories are too low. Don't worry about not being able to do any exercise other than walking. Being active and moving is sufficient. Stick with it, make sure you're eating healthy. If you're eating the same foods every day, change them around a little. Try something different for breakfast or lunch, while still staying within your calories.
Best of luck, and please don't give up.
