I just joined this site yesterday and would love some friends to make this a little easier. I have used MFP before but I regained all the weight lost (24 lbs) and now am a pound heavier than when I started the last time around. I'm just glad it's just a pound heavier and not more!

I'm 5'2 and weigh just over 12 stones, which means I am obese. I really badly want to lose the weight and keep it off this time around so want to take things slow and steady.

  • My Story is the same! I started and lost weight and stopped counting my calories and gained all the weight back! I think when you stop counting calories you loose control of what you are eating! I have a goal i want to loose 50 pounds by my one year wedding anniversary which is in december :) Im down 6 pounds in 19 days my goal is 10 pounds a month so i am trying my hardest to stay on track :)

Hi, I am 5'2 also. At my heaviest I was 196, I am currently stuck in the 150's. I joined MFP in June. Feel free to add me.

I have more to loose than that ultimately, but am starting with the "first 40." (80+ would be ideal.) I'm new here and have done the loose/gain/loose/gain thing too. :)
  • I'm in a similar situation. I used MFP when I had my last baby and lost some weight and then I guess I got side tracked but I'm back and more serious than ever! I'm looking to lose 20lbs by mid August because I would like to have another baby but my first big goal is 40lbs. I've lost about 7lbs so far!!
