I've got a waldorf salad with homemade dressing for less than 450 calories. I got it from my Focus T25 nutrition guide and tweaked it a bit to make it my own. If you exactly follow the recipe, less than 400 calories. I had it for lunch today and I'm stuffed. Let me know and I could message it to you. it was delicious!

Anything can be 300-400 calories...as long as you get the portions right. :)

There are a bunch of fiber bars and snack packs out there with only 100 calories. Try to avoid the nuts, while they are good they have high calories. Also meals I love chicken with spaghetti sauce and a little brown rice!

I get those Laughing Cow cream cheese wedges for a lot of my snacks. 45 calories per wedge. I eat them with carrots, Speciak K crackers, or smear it on half an English muffin with some raspberries.

One of my favorite meals is a shrimp & broccoli rabe dish I make.
    Serves: 3-4ppl
    Ingredients:
    1 lb of shrimp
    broccoli rabe
    fresh garlic cloves
    olive oil

    Optional:
    grated parmesean cheese
diced tomatoes (either fresh tomatoes or a can of the Hunts diced tomatoes with seasoning)
    Whole wheat penne

Shrimp - steam or grill them

Broccoli rabe - After cutting off a majority of the stem, I blanche them in a pot of hot boiling water for about 3-5 mins.
Then I take out my saute pan. Add about a tablespoon of virgin olive oil. Add 3 (or more) crushed/minced garlic cloves. Bring pan to a warm to high heat. Add broccoli rabe. Saute for about five to seven minutes. Add in shrimp. Add in grated parmesean cheese. Add in diced tomatoes. Mix. Serve. ENJOY!

Sometimes, if I am starving, I will do a side dish of macaroni & mix everything together.

Dinner last night was about 400 calories:

Butter chicken using 1lb boneless/skinless chicken b00bs and the Kitchens of India brand Butter Chicken paste (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000V17MLS) - omitted the butter, literally just used water, spice paste, and chicken and it tasted exactly like if you use the butter BUT a bit spicier - 880 calories for the whole pan, divided 3 ways =~ 300 calories

Half cup serving of brown rice - 100 calories

Cup or so of Broccoli - 30 calories

In general, my dinner formula is usually 200-300 calories of protein, 100 calories of whole grain carb, fill in with appropriate amount/type of veggie (starchy if 200 calories of protein, watery if 300). I often come in around 400 calories without even counting, just portioning correctly and minimizing excess cooking fats and sauces (last night being an exception!)
